10.15 am General Meeting

10.30 aprox. Refreshments

11.00am - 12.00 noon Talk

A charge of £3.00 is made for coffee/tea that will be available in the refreshment break.

The doors will open at 9.30 am to enable people to catch up with friends, check availability of groups and sign up for outings. Please do not come in before that time but please try to arrive by 9.45 am for prompt 10.15 am start
