Outings

To help us be able to arrange fast and effective treatment for medical incidents, for every event which involves a coach trip we are asking members with a medical condition, that may affect them while out, to complete a medical form.  These details will only be accessed in an emergency.   Please put your completed form in a sealed envelope and put your name and mobile telephone number on the outside.  Hand it to the person leading the excursion as you board the coach.

You can download the medical form here: Medical Form

If you require a booking form for any of our outings, you can request one via the form here: Outings Coordinator
