Birdwatching
The recently formed bird watching group is run jointly by John Marrow and Edward Harrison. We meet on the first Monday of the month downstairs at the Scout hut at Beulah Street from 2 pm
Talks are given by members, on a variety of subjects: how to identify birds (plumage, size and song) bird migration, habitats from woodland to coastlines, choosing binoculars and telescopes and where to go and what to see through the seasons.
The group welcomes beginners and binoculars are essential.
We also have monthly outings (weather permitting) to a variety of bird reserve in North Norfolk.
