Social Sequence Dancing is a pleasurable, vibrant activity. A great way to make friends ''forget your troubles and dance" No partner needed, group numbers are restricted.

Weekly Guide Practice Sessions either on a Friday or Saturday 2-4pm are held at -

Pine Residents Hall, 18 Wilton Road, Heacham. app. Duck Pond.

Guided Practice helps to eliminate on-going errors, whilst gaining mastery of Sequence Dances.

Elizabeth Jarred is able to dance both male and female part. DVD videos are used to provide everyday role models of Sequence Dancers in action on the dance floor.

Cost 4 persons 2 hours £2.50pp & cup of tea.

For beginners 4 sessions one to one to grasp the basics. Cost of one to one 2 hours also £2.50 & cup of tea.

On the Sequence Dance list are the popular Sequence Dances (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=sequence+dance) which are danced at Sequence Tea Dances locally, and in the Tower Ballroom Blackpool. In October 2023 our group took a long weekend trip to Blackpool, king in The Empress Ballroom (Winter Gardens) and the iconic Tower Ballroom Blackpool.
